We operate under Arthritis, Rheumatic & Back Disease Associates, P.A. Before the first infusion, each patient meets briefly with a board-certified ARBDA healthcare provider. We also assign an on-site supervising healthcare provider to every treatment session.

Conditions We Treat With Infusion Therapy

Infusion therapy delivers prescribed medication through an IV under clinical supervision. A treating physician may recommend this approach when a care plan calls for biologic therapy or another infused medication, recurring administration, and monitoring during treatment.

We provide outpatient infusion care for patients with a range of chronic conditions. The appropriate medication and route of administration depend on each patient’s diagnosis, medical history, treatment goals, and ordering provider’s instructions.

Clinical Oversight at Our Brick Township Infusion Center

Every infusion has an assigned supervising healthcare provider who remains on site throughout the treatment session. This direct oversight allows us to administer complex therapies in a dedicated outpatient environment rather than a general wellness or hydration setting.

We coordinate with the referring provider to review the prescribed therapy and create a treatment plan based on the patient’s medical history, therapy goals, and ordered biologic or IV medication. Patients should follow their ordering provider’s instructions regarding preparation, current medications, transportation, and follow-up care.

Referral, Prior Authorization, & Copay Assistance

A referral is required before treatment at Idyllic Infusion Treatment Center. We work directly with the ordering physician’s office to coordinate the prescribed therapy and gather the clinical information needed to move forward.

Our billing team coordinates prior authorization with the referring office and works with most major insurers in the region. During prior authorization, the insurer reviews whether a prescribed treatment meets the plan’s coverage requirements. Approval requirements and patient responsibility vary by medication, diagnosis, insurer, and individual policy.

We discuss expected coverage and costs before treatment begins. Our outpatient setting is designed to be a lower-cost alternative to hospital-based infusion departments. When an eligible program is available, we can also help patients access and apply for copay assistance. Eligibility and available funding depend on the medication and program requirements.

Comfort During IV Therapy in Brick Township

Recurring medication administration can require time seated for treatment and observation. Our rooms include pillow-top recliners, warm blankets, snacks and beverages, power outlets, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Patients can also use an individual television or tablet during their appointment.

Private rooms with natural light are available at select locations. If you prefer a private room, ask about availability when coordinating treatment with our team.
