Yes. A supervising healthcare provider is assigned to every infusion, on site for the full session. This is our standard operating model, not a select-case practice.

Our billing team works directly with your ordering physician to handle prior authorizations on your behalf. We work with most major insurers in the region and confirm your coverage and expected costs before your first appointment.

Our outpatient setting is designed to be meaningfully more affordable than hospital-based infusion departments. We also help patients access copay assistance programs to further reduce out-of-pocket costs.

Before your first infusion begins, you'll meet briefly with a board-certified ARBDA provider. Then you'll receive your treatment in a comfortable room with a pillow-top recliner, your own TV or tablet, snacks, warm blankets, and Wi-Fi. Private rooms with natural light are available, and a family member is welcome to stay.
